All our products come with a 5-year warranty for the structure and 12 months for parts.
Hypercuby Building Solutions will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer extensive 30-day returns on our building materials and parts, however, returns of bulky products are not accepted. All returns must come back in unused, re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s).
Orders generally take 2 – 6 weeks to build and deliver from the time you confirm your order.
We require a 10% deposit when you confirm your order, 50% prior to production and 40% before delivery. Bank deposit, cash and credit cards (1.5% surcharge) are accepted forms of payment.
You can install our Hypercuby models on any stable surface including a concrete slab, stumps, piles and even on a trailer. Most of our units weigh between 1000 kg – 5000 kg.
Flatcuby has an estimated weight of 1000 to 1800 kg.
Most of our units can be assembled within two to three days.
A crane truck or tilt tray truck can complete the entire loading, transportation, and unloading process in a single trip.
